Payment
Payment only takes place prior to the cruise, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing or by e-mail.
Canceling your reservation
Cancellations more than 30 days before the start of the tour: No cancellation fees
Cancellation 30 days or less before the start of the tour: You will pay 25% of the total costs.
Cancellation 14 days or less before the start of the tour: You will pay 50% of the total costs.
Cancellation 7 days or less before the start of the tour: You will pay 75% of the total costs.
Cancellation up to 48 hours or less before the start of the tour: You will pay 100% of the total costs.
Rules on board
You should always take your surroundings into account. In the event of noise pollution and antisocial behavior, the captain can choose to stop the trip immediately.
In the event of intentional destruction of the inventory on board or due to drunkenness, you are fully liable for the costs. You must pay for this immediately.
Excessive alcohol consumption is not permitted. If found, the captain can refuse you alcoholic drinks.
It is not permitted to throw food scraps and cigarettes overboard. If the captain decides to stop the tour early for one of the above reasons, you are not entitled to a refund of any booking costs paid.
Children on board
Children aged 0-3 years sail for free.
Children aged 4 - 10 years sail with a 40% discount on the package.
Children aged 11 - 17 years old enjoy a 15% discount on the package.
Children up to 3 years old can travel on board for free. However, they do count towards the maximum number of passengers of 12 people.
We provide children's life jackets for small children without a swimming diploma. These must therefore be put on. Please indicate when booking whether you are bringing small children.
